Mix 96 Personalities Mix 96 is unique among Enid Radio Stations. Our announcers are local not satellite. All of our announcers have worked in larger radio markets and bring home to Enid a larger market sound. Chip McCoy: 6am-9am   Chip began his career nearly 20 years ago in Hutchinson, Kansas (KSKU). After stints in Pocatello Idaho (KZBQ), Pratt Kansas (KWLS/KGLS), Enid (KXLS), and Wichita, Kansas (KNSS, KXLK, KWKL) he returned to Enid in July of '95 to "sign on" Mix 96. Dana Matthews: 9am-3pm   Dana is a native of Enid. She began her radio career in 1990 at Ponca City (KIXR). She's worked in Oklahoma City (KATT), Amarillo, Texas (KARX), and Albuquerque, New Mexico (KMGA/KZRR/KTZZ) before joining Mix 96 in November of '95. Joe Elliot: 1pm-4pm M-F, 12pm-6pm SAT. & 11am-3pm SUN.   Joe started his radio career in 1986. He began at KSKU and has worked in Pratt, Kansas (KWLS/KGLS), Eldorado, Kansas (KSPG) and Wichita (KZSN/KXLK) Joe started with "The Mix" in November of '95. Mark Allen: 3pm-12pm   Mark's a workin guy! Mark started his career in 1980 in Tonkawa Oklahoma. Mark has worked in Oklahoma City for KJ 103, Harligen TX, Kansas City, and Enid. Mark joined Mix 96 in January of '96.
