The Healthy Kids Staff

Don Henderson Director	Oversees the Program Gives presentations at various national and/or state level conferences Provides services as a liason between Healthy Kids and DHS
Carole Wade Program Coordinator	Provides Supervision for the Outreach and Referral Case Manager and the Clerical/Database Administrator Actively participates in the recruitment of new vendors for EPSDT services Coordinates the program through DHS, the community and the local health department Submits reports to local and state agencies on a periodic basis as a way of monitoring and evaluating the program Develops services as needs are identified
Kelly Thompson Case Manager	Coordinates with DHS Social Workers to work with families in securing EPSDT services schedules screening appointments, secures transportation services, as well as provides follow up on referrals for children with additional needs Coordinates with medical providers, the local health department as well as other Medicaid and EPSDT personnel
Diana Smith Data Manager	Enters information into the computer for tracking purposes Provides correspondence - Mailing patient information to clients regarding their eligibility for health screening or rescreening Database maintenance, upgrades, and documentation Design and update Healthy Kids website Additional duties include other routine clerical functions as they relate to Healthy Kids
