The Great Salt Plains Council is chartered by the Boy Scouts of America to bring an exciting Scouting program to the boys in eleven counties of Northwest Oklahoma including: Alfalfa, Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Harper, Kingfisher, Major, Woods, and Woodward.
